Kurdish Ochre Stew Food

1 kg fresh ochre

500 grams of tomatoes, peeled and sliced

5 middle-sized chopped yellow onions

500 grams lamb stewing steak

3 squeezed garlic cloves

salt and pepper

1 squeezed lemon

olive oil


DIRECTIONS

1. Rinse the ochre and put in a roasting pan with tomatoes, onions, lamb, garlic, pepper and salt.

2. Put in 175 degrees Celsius for approximately 1 hour, stir occasionally.

3. Squeeze lemon on top and serve with rice.
